The U.S. Military Purchasing Directory is distributed to all DoD military bases and installations during the first quarter of the U.S. Government Fiscal Year which starts in October. If you have not received your copy for the current fiscal year, please email a request to A.S.A. headquarters in Washington, D.C. at email address: copies@usmpd.us. Please include your name and the complete mailing address for your base or installation in the request. Allow two weeks for delivery via US Mail. Also, if you require additional copies for your purchasing office, you can email a request for additional copies via the same email address. The FY 2009 Edition of the Directory will contain an expanded Product Name Look-Up Section directing you to the appropriate FSC Code designation. Product names are listed alphabetically for ease of use. The Vendor Section contains many new companies currently listed in the CCR Database. CCR registration is required for all vendors listed in the Vendor Section. Plans are underway for the FY 2010 Edition to contain a Criss_Cross Section which will cross match FSC Codes to the SIC Code system utilized in the private commercial sector. Input is welcome from DoD Contracting Officers as to the value of this planned CrissCross tool in their daily purchasing activities. Please email your suggestions to input@usmpd.us. NOTE: This website is for the sole use of DoD Contracting Officers. Commercial vendors who are registered with the CCR, should correspond via the FAX and voice phone numbers shown on their Directory eligibility notification letter. |
